My card has been blocked because I entered an incorrect PIN code too many times. What now?
Unfortunately we will not be able to unblock your card. Consequently, we will request a replacement card for you. The PIN code and all other log-in credentials initially entered will remain unchanged. To be on the safe side, once you receive your new card you will be able to request your PIN code through the app to ensure that you will be using the correct PIN code further down the line.
