I have forgotten my password as a cardholder. How can I request it again? (Country and reseller-dependent, of course)

Go to ‘My XXImo’ and click on ‘forgotten password’. You will then be sent a link by email to reset your password. As soon as you have created a new one, you will be able to log in again using your username (example@gmail.com) and the password you have just created.
