I have a complaint. To whom should I put it?

A complaint is not pleasant for anyone. It does, however, give us an opportunity to make changes where necessary and prevent a recurrence as far as possible. It goes without saying that we would rather not have any complaints, but we are grateful when you let us know that you are dissatisfied through our complaints procedure. After all, it helps XXImo to keep improving.
