I’ve increased my weekly limit but my credit has not yet been topped up. I’m setting off on a journey today and I need the money. Can you help me?
You can adjust the weekly limit as you go along, though please do bear in mind that this will not take effect until the next regular payment collection and will not be collected in the meantime. The regular collections will always take place overnight from Sunday to Monday. We will only be able to increase your credit in the meantime if you make a self-payment – please see the steps below on how this works exactly.
If you transfer the amount before 14:30, the credit will be on your card on the next working day. If you transfer the amount after 14:30, the credit will be added to the balance on your card on the second working day after payment. The procedure is as follows:
- Determine the amount of extra credit required.
- Find the XXImo customer number. This is the 8-digit customer number under the name on the front of your XXImo Mobility Card (i.e. not the card number).
- Transfer the amount to account number IBAN NL92ABNA0504017500, in the name of XXImo. BIC: ABNANL2A. Enter only the XXImo customer number as the description.
