How do I submit my expense claim?

You can submit your expenses claim through the online self-service website ‘My XXImo’ ( Immediately after logging in, you will see a menu on the left-hand side of your screen, with the option ‘Submit expenses claim’.

Only claims submitted within two months of the failed transaction will be processed. Please remember to provide your customer number when submitting a claim – this is the 8-digit number featured on your XXImo Mobility Card under your name.
