XXImo: the company

Founded in `s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, in 2011 and live since the end of 2012, XXImo is a specialist in mobility cards. The unique IT platform, which we designed ourselves, allows us to offer the most complete and flexible product on the market. XXImo’s founding vision was to support multimodal travelling as broadly as possibly while also taking advantage of the complete digitisation of paying, invoicing and cost allocation. There is also a CO2 tracker for every travel movement in order to provide continuous insight into the environmental effects.

In 2011, XXImo was just a good idea, but now it is a serious player in the mobility cards market. Since the establishment of XXImo in 2011, its shares have been held by Tendris Holding and the management of XXImo: Patrick Bunnik (CEO) and Lex Broekhuizen (CFO). After a successful launch in the Netherlands in 2012 and winning a European innovation award, we stepped into the Belgian market in 2013. XXImo is now live in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and further expansion is under development.

The XXImo operating companies in the various countries all fall under the holding company XXImo Holding BV. Since October 2015, 35% of the shares have been in the hands of business service provider Sodexo Benefits Rewards and Services, one of the activities of the globally active service provider Sodexo which will become the complete owner of XXImo Holding and all its operating companies in the long term.

We supply our solutions to freelancers, governments and businesses; from car leasing companies to banks, from insurers to telecom companies, consultants and local councils. XXImo currently has 30 employees and approximately 75 work for XXImo.

XXImo: makes mobility easy

A collection of different mobility cards and piles of receipts are now a thing of the past for business travellers thanks to XXImo, the new all-in-one solution. This new mobility solution offers business travellers the opportunity to travel trouble-free with a single solution for travelling by car, taxi, train, tram, bus and plane and also to easily pay for parking, hotels and even a business lunch. XXImo has developed its own extensive refuelling network in the Benelux, with attractive discounts. The employer determines beforehand for each employee the purposes for which XXImo may be used as well as the budget.

XXImo is the ultimate solution in terms of user-friendliness, expenditure control and cost-effectiveness. All XXImo transactions are specified on one VAT summary invoice and are approved beforehand by the employer. Cardholders can easily label these transactions as business, private or commuting costs and indicate whether they were incurred for specific customers, cost centres or projects. XXImo reports the labels in the invoice breakdown and as part of the data exchange with our customers, so that all costs can easily be linked to the right customer, project or cost centre in the accounts.

Major resellers also offer XXImo under their own brand.
