What do I have to do if my business public transport chip card gets lost or stolen?

If you have lost your XXImo OV-chipkaart or if your XXImo OV-chipkaart has been stolen, we ask you to rerport this immediately to the police and the XXImo Service Desk. The XXImo OV-chipkaart will then be blocked immediately.

You can report the loss via the Milo app, ‘My XXImo’ or by calling the XXImo Service Desk.

Milo App:

  1. Log in via the Milo app
  2. Open ‘My Cards’
  3. Click on the map
  4. Click on the link at ‘Block’

My XXImo*:

  1. Log in to My XXImo
  2. Click on ‘Profile’
  3. Click on ‘Maps’
  4. Click on ‘Lost card’

The “Lost and Stolen” department is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

After your card has been blocked, a new XXImo OV-chipkaart will be created immediately, which will be sent to you as soon as possible.
