How can I submit a claim?

If you log into using your cardholder details, then on the left-hand side you will see the option: claiming. You will need to complete the form and submit a scanned copy of the receipt as an attachment. We will then see to it that your claim is processed.

Only claims submitted within two months of the failed transaction will be processed. Please remember to provide your customer number when submitting a claim – this is the 8-digit number featured on your XXImo Mobility Card under your name.
