How can I raise the credit on the card?
Every Monday the credit on the card is automatically topped up to the maximum weekly limit. The interim top-up works as follows:
- Determine the amount of additional credit required.
- Look up the XXImo customer number. This is the 8-digit customer number that appears on the front of your XXImo Mobility Card under the name (not the card number).
- Transfer the amount to ABN Amro account number IBAN NL92ABNA0504017500 in name of XXImo B.V. BIC: ABNANL2A.
- Only provide the XXImo customer number as a description.
If you offer the transfer to your bank before 2.30 pm on Monday to Thursday, the extra balance will be credited to the XXImo Mobility Card the following working day after 9:00 am. If you make a payment on Friday or after 2:30 PM, the amount will be credited to the XXImo Mobility Card within two business days. Your current balance of the card is displayed in My XXImo and the Milo app.
We advise to consult your Mobility Manager to determine whether the weekly limit is sufficient for your mobility needs.
