Do you have a electrically charged tag and is it broken, lost or stolen? Contact the XXImo Servicedesk (via servicedesk@xximo.nl from 0900-1980) to block the tag and request a new one. You will receive the tag within a few working days.
Are you a new cardholder and are you going to charge electric with XXImo? No worry, you will automatically receive a tag for electric charging. You will receive the tag within a few working days.
Do you would like to charge electrically in the meantime? Use ‘Smoov’ via the Milo app. Set the creditcardnumber of the XXImo Mobility Card and charge electrically!
