I’m having trouble saving my PIN code.

If you get an error message when saving the PIN code, it could be that you have not entered certain information correctly. You should enter the customer number specified at the bottom of the email containing your activation link.

If you continue to get the message that the PIN code cannot be saved, we would advise you to get in touch with us. It could be that your date of birth in our system is incorrect. We can adjust this easily, whereupon you will be able to save the PIN code.
