I have not been able to pay using my XXImo Mobility Card. I advanced this amount. How can I claim it?

You can submit your claim by logging in through our website ‘My XXImo’ and logging in using your cardholder account (username: example@gmail.com) and your password. On the left-hand side you will see a heading called claims. Click on it, fill in the requested details and attach the receipt. We will then process your claim. The amount being claimed will be entered in your account (using the account number you have informed us of) and will be debited from your credit.

Only claims submitted within two months of the failed transaction will be processed. Please remember to provide your customer number when submitting a claim – this is the 8-digit number featured on your XXImo Mobility Card under your name.
