My XXImo Mobility Card isn’t recognised. How come?
This can happen.
- Has your XXImo Mobility Card already been activated? If not, please contact our service desk.
- The XXImo Mobility Card for electric charging uses an RFID chip for contactless communication with the charging stations. If you have the card in a wallet that contains another RFID card (such as a public transport chip card), then it is possible that the signal from the other RFID card will disrupt the communication between the charging station and the XXImo Mobility Card.
